OOG: Is it that the elemental effects themselves that doesn't seem to work, or is it that fire/flame doesn't appear to work the same way. I.E. are logs burning in the fireplace and cooking our food, and eldritch flame does nothing, or are we all cold, hungry and miserable?
 
Adam, just because it might cause confusion:

If I take 1/4 damage from Ice, will it be changed to 1/2 (and if I take 1/2, it would change to normal)?

I'm assuming that's the outcome.
