master construct scroll

I have a full set, with catalyst, that will travel through the mists, but must be cast on the Golden Horn. I have been holding it for some time without a use, but it may do someone some good, so I am willing to sell it. I know that there are several people who are likely to desire it, and so I do not expect that it will be inexpensive. You, or anyone else, may contact me with a bid for it.
