May 2022 Event Cancellation - Event Fees

Good morning Alliance Denver,

Due to a Colorado weather issues (13 inches of snow on site), we had to cancel the May 2022 event.

If you are have already paid for the event, you have two options:
1) Pre-payment can be applied to the September/October event
2) A refund request can be made

Whichever works best for you, simply send an email to owners.alliancedenverlarp@gmail.com and let us know what you’d like done with your Event/Tavern fees. If you do not get back to us by the end of June 2022, we will put your payment towards another event you attend.

Thank you all for understanding. We will keep you up to date on the status of the September event (We are still waiting on JCC)
