The May Event is coming! (May 30th - June 1st)

Pre-Registration is now closed.

However, if you are planning on coming to the event and have not pre-registered, please fill out the form anyhow to make preparation easier for our logistics team, and to save you (a lot of) time checking in on Friday!

IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that ALL NPCs pre-reg as well, including NPC guildies. This is to ensure that your check in is as accurate and pleasant as possible, and that you get your gobbies and blankets in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

Also, please keep in mind that we are not considering pre-reg's accepted for the discount until ALL portions of your pre-reg are received. If a portion of your pre-reg (such as Magic Items) is received after the deadline, you will not receive credit for pre-reg.

Remember to get your pre-registration in! In order to qualify for the discounted pre-registration pricing or pre-pay pricing, you must have your pre-registration in by Friday, May 23rd at 11:59pm!

The pre-reg list has been updated! Remember everyone, in order to receive the discounted pre-registration pricing, you must complete our pre-registration form by 11:59pm on May 23rd. That's this Friday!

Oregon logistics will usually send up all pre-reg'd people's characters in a big batch. Nothing to be worried about.
 
Yep! Transfers usually come in after the pre-reg deadline :-)

Remember everyone... pre-reg by tomorrow night!
 
Pre-registration ends tonight at midnight! After that time, any late submissions will not receive the discounted event fee.
 
Quick question, even though I registered before the preregistered discount cut off do I still have to pay the full amount or do I get the discount? Just so I know because if I don't have a pay pal and with my internet being as terrible as it has been lately I don't want to even try setting one up right now and would just be easier to pay cash day of if possible. Sorry if this question has been answered somewhere already, I did a quick search but didn't see it as a FAQ anywhere, then again I might be blind.

The pre-pay deadline was last week at 11:59p on May 16th. The discount if you prepay by then is to $46.60.

If you do not pre-pay, but you do pre-register by the pre-registration deadline, today, May 23rd at 11:59p, your price is $55 (at the door or payable online).

If you do not pre-pay or pre-register by either deadline, your at the door price is $65.

So, Rollin, as you preregistered, and are a new player you'll owe something like 27.50 at the door.
 
I'm super lame and remember all the deadlines but totally forgot to actually do it... would you like me to still fill out the pre-reg form? I don't expect the discount or anything...

It would still be great if you filled out the form. That way we can still (likely) get your character card together before the event, which will save you time in line!
