Good Afternoon Everyone!
At the Castle Event each year, we have a small number of private rooms that we allow groups to rent out at an additional cost. As we did last year we are going to be opening requests for private rooms specifically for people with medical issues that need one. Because this is separate from our normal reservations, we are going to be more selective on these requests and may decline certain requests and instruct you to request a room when we open it up to the entire game.
The prices for the rooms are $120 for the upstairs rooms, and $80 for the downstairs rooms. For those unfamiliar with the Miller Castle site, there are four upstairs rooms with four beds, private bathroom, and private shower. There are two lower level rooms that have four beds each, a private bathroom, but no showers and one room with only two beds, a private bathroom, but also no shower. A medical request for a private room will still be required to cover this cost.
Please email gm.alliancemn@gmail.com if you would like to be taken under consideration for a medical request for a room. Please include details as to why a private room is necessary for your participation this year.
Our window for normal requests for private rooms will be coming soon, and will be on the same first-come-first-serve basis that they have been in the past.
