Until further notice the time period between Midnight and 2 AM at any Alliance Gettysburg event should be considered to be un-scaled. This works like any un-scaled module or encounter and while APL may be taken into account, it will not rule the encounters that occur. Please note that other encounters may be considered un-scaled, but PCs will be informed of that on a case by case basis.
