Names of Alliance worlds (across space and time?)

Hi all,

I'm looking to find out the in-game names of the various realms that exist in various Alliance chapters. (This is for a jaunty song about traveling the mistrealms.)

I know the great world/universe that encompasses all of the mist-realms is called Fortannis, but I would love to know that names of the places within Fortannis.

Since I started and played almost entirely in Colorado/Denver/Wyoming, I know some of those worlds (Tarnakesia, Rumeria, Acarthia, Galenia, etc.), but I don't know others at all.

If you're game, tell me the name of a mist-realm, what chapter it came from, and whether it still exists.

Vandlar - Ohio
Moria - New Jersey
Caldaria - Connecticut
Barran - Gettysburg

Still around:
Strava - Gettysburg
 
Grimiere Expanse- Chicago Campaign 1
Gavaria- Chic Campaign 2
Evodia - MN
 
Southern Minnesota: (Gaden) or technically “the sheltered lands” (no longer exists)

Northern Minnesota: Albor (super duper duper old and it’s been a LONG time since it last existed)

Chicago: (pradamar) (no longer active)
