National Race Packets?

I've seen a couple references to national racial packets on the boards... Are those publicly accessible anywhere, or do we have to request them from plot or something?

Specifically, I'd like to see the Dryad packet (if one exists) and the High Orc packet since I've just put a High Orc character on the books at Chicago and I'll eventually bust him out here at SoMN (maybe sooner rather than later if Briar keeps getting himself killed).

Kyle yes these totally exist. For anyone who wants to see these please send emails to the respective plot in the chapters where those characters are homed.
