If you are NPCing at the National event and plan to use your 2hr PC Role Play shift, please bring a semi-current card with you. If you do not have a card, please reach out to your logistics team and have them send one over ASAP with "NPC Card" in the email.
The intention of the NPC Player Character shift is to have role play time with characters you might not otherwise see or to hang with your friends for a bit, combat is not intended so a mildly out of date card is not an issue.
