If you just clicked that and said "Holy Cow, do you really need all this stuff?" the answer is, "Kinda."
Some of the stuff on that list is necessary to running the game, and some of it is necessary to running particular plots or encounters that we think you'll enjoy. Some of the stuff on that list would be nice to have, but isn't strictly 'necessary.'
For example, we don't have very much armor in Monster Camp. We'd like to have more (otherwise you're going to see a lot of the same red and black leather armor and chain mail shirt), but we understand that it's expensive and hard to make, and while it would make our NPCs look better, it's not at the top of our list. To make the list a little easier to sort through so that you know that your donation will have the best impact, here's a list of 'easy' things to donate that we could really use right now:
Weapons:
Long Bows (~2) (we don't have any of these!)
Ultralight Longswords (mostly black, but a few that are claws, too!)
Sewing Projects:
Wrap Pants (Brown, Earth tones) (We don't have any of these, either!)
Goodwill:
Belts! We're super low on belts, and we don't have any that are big enough to fit all of our NPCs and Plot people. We're not all Jordan!
Non-Gypsy Vests. Should be in-period and fit (and look good on) the average male NPC in Monster Camp
(We do NOT need more Gypsy stuff or any more clothing that would only fit a 13 year old girl. Most of our NPCs are guys in their 20s, but most of our costuming donations are for teen girls for some reason.)
Halloween Sales:
Scene Setters (they're like plastic tapestries with images on them) for Caves and Dungeons.
Online (you don't even have to get up!)
Potion Vials and Caps:
Dozens of Alliance players from all over the country have done a great deal of searching the internet for the best and cheapest vials, and this is what they've found:

Here are the details:
We want only Polypropylene (not polystyrene, you'll just have to trust me on this one) 8 ml vials. These ones on the Vial page:
110445 No Rim - Polypropylene 8 13 x 100 Case - 2 Packs of 500 $26.35
They use these caps on the Cap page:
118240G 13 Pack - 1000 $11.45
As you can see, 1000 of each is less than $40 (plus shipping). They'll probably last us for about a year. We can even turn around and sell some at games for people to use for their own potions/alchemy. You could even get a bunch more gobbies if you stuff them with potion/alchemy tags for us (that would be sweet). We could send you the tags, and you could tell us how long it took, and you'd be rolling in gobbies. (Doing this is really easy with a group while watching a movie or something.)
If you're interested in donating these things, speak up! (2 Long bows is great, we could even use 3 or 4, but we really don't need 8). Also make sure to check out the big donation list, just because I didn't list something here doesn't mean that we don't need it.
