New campaign/forums

Hey, so when the secondary campaign starts up, will there be a separate section of the forums for it, with it's own Dreamscape/Rules/Race sections? I think that using the same section for both might lead to confusion (specifically on the IG forums, but also on any "Special Rules" or secondary campaign announcements as well). I was about to send a request to join (start) the High Ogre board, but I thought that might not be the one I want anyways.

I'll tag my question onto this one since it seems to fit.

Is there any expectations as to when we can expect some documentation on the alternate universe game? new rules, character creation guidelines, parts of the NERO book to entirely ignore.
