New Character Help

Hi again!
I need to make and submit a new character, but I don't yet have the book, and can't yet order it due to financial and patience constraints. I also may need help with interpretation when I get it, but that's another story - in the meantime, could someone who lives in the Bellevue area help me out before prereg is closed write up a character and send it in? Thanks!

Actually, I found some resources online, just need to verify by phone whether I did what I did right or not, if someone would PM me their number so I can call and ask. Thanks!
