Um, this line seems to cause math errors in my head.

"Seattle specific, 100 GS per event-day combined limit:
"Times ever" activatable magic item - 10 GS per level per shot
Daily activatable magic item - 10 GS per level per day per month

Note the additional restrictions on these types of items:
"Times ever" items must be purchased in a minimum 5 shot quantity
9th level spells are unavailable for purchase
"

So if you want a one shot 5th level item, you have to buy 5 of them, and it will cost 250, makeing it not buyable for an event? (event being 2 logistics/2 days)? Or if I miss counted then you want a 8th level one shot, so you have to get 5, and that would be 400, so you cant have any at all?
Or do you mean that you cant have any one shot items, but any ever item must be a 5 shot?

If you are interested in purchasing an item costing more than 200 goblin stamps you can bank 200 one event and stockpile in sets of 200 until you have the full cost saved up.

So you cant buy any one shot higher than 4th level with less than a one event warning? (becouse you have to buy 5 at once min) I know you have to take time to buy powerfull items, but in and of itself the 5th level spell one shot costs 50. Since you have to have 5 its 250. So in this case its items right?

Looks like it. Although, you can always buy a single eighth-level once-per day item good for one month, if you were planning on having cool stuff for one event (and maybe a game day), based on the policy.
