I am Tigress Ikmoqs Beux, Grand Master Alchemist. I have not visited your parts in quite some time but I plan on making the journey once again. For those who do not know of me I hail from the land of Ashbury. I wish to make arrangements for my visit in advance so I am not ill prepared for my stay. If you could so kindly inform me of major happenings that have shaped your part of the world since my last visit over two full revolutions of the sun ago I would greatly appreciate this knowledge. Also I would like to be informed of your trade, conduct, and possession laws so I do not bring or do anything that would cause a misunderstanding due to a difference in laws. I will continue to send missives to deliver and receive messages until my arrival they will know how to contact me.

Unless I am mistaken, many many things have changed since last you were in Gianeria. The town you visited so very long ago was destroyed by undead from Rosalia and most of the community migrated to a new town Northeast of Pascale. This place is called Crocevia Fatuae if I'm not mistaken. I have a hard time remembering it.

I find it difficult to let you know all of the happenings since that time, but I'm sure others will fill in any gaps I leave out.

For one, the place we were at was destroyed and we are now residing in the northeastern corner of Gianeria in a Duchy by the name of Dagliano. The laws of this place seem to be primarily governed by trade and merchanting. It was a very peaceful place until we arrived and now seems to be quite war torn. I have no idea how our arrival has adversly affected this place so, but it has.

In the couple of years we've been here the place went from almost completely peaceful to half destroyed and war torn. It amazes me that the place is still standing after all that has happened to it. Recently a large eruption of magic destroyed half of the town, including the docks that bordered the ocean to the south.

Also recently, there have been Hags, which are servants of a being known as the Strega, which have been bringing constructs to destroy the inhabitants of this place. They have wrought quite a bit of destruction, but don't seem completely bent on death seeing as they lifed me three times last saturday night.

As far as merchanting stuff goes... I would suggest talking with either Guildmaster Shikar or Merchant Kauss. They are aware of the laws here much better than I am. I tend to dislike mortal law and thus find it tedious to learn and memorize in all of the different realms I visit.

I can't wait to see you again and hope you trip goes well. How long till we see you here again?

You can find a copy of the laws at the anagraphs office, as well as obtain an alchemists license, traveling papers, and a vendolo or merchant's license should you need them.
