IV. There will be an armaments tax in effect. All adventurers are to present themselves and their weapons to the registrar. A tax of 2 silver per weapon shall be applied. A flat multiple weapon permit can be purchased for 5 silver. Once the tax has been paid, the registrar will give a permit that must be carried at all times. The registrar will be available in the tavern on Friday night and in his office any other time. The fine for violation is 5 silver per illegal weapon.

X. People are not to wear or shake bells. This is a violation of common decency and an unnecessary nuisance. Violators are subject to a 2 silver fine and forfeiture of the offending bells.

XI. Feet are not to be placed on chairs in public meeting areas. This is improper and indecent. Offenders will be fined 2 silver

XII. Hunting is not permitted within .5 miles of the village proper. Those caught offending will be subject to a fine of 5 silver

XIII. These local laws are in addition to all the other laws of Andar and shall be in effect until further notice.

XIV. Fines must be paid to the registrar by the end of each week (Sunday) by 10AM. Those who have not paid by that time will see their fines doubled and have the funds taken, forcibly if necessary, by the town guard.

XV. Not paying fines in the specified denominations carries a fine of 5 coppers, or 1 copper per coin of the inappropriate denomination. Change will not be made. The fine for overpayment of fines is 1 silver.
