NEW LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS! UPDATE!

Greetings All,

As you may have heard us announce at the last event, effective immediately in order to be eligible for the Pre-Logistics benefits, (raffle entry, cards updated, tags pulled, etc.) all players must have their payment sent and received, their build spendature requests processed in full and their character card emailed and received by NH Logistics by Monday before the event at Midnight sharp!

The major change you may have noticed is that we now require character card transfers by the deadline!

Please make sure to put in your transfer requests in a reasonable timeframe with your home chapter and make sure they send the card to us by Midnight on the Monday before the event.

For CT players, if you wish you send an email showing your online character info, that will be accepted to meet the deadline, and will be used for the entire event, though a followup transfer must come from your Head of Logistics no later than the Monday AFTER the event to verify the card used.

If you plan on playing back to back events, please note as such in your transfer request email and we will handle that on a case by case basis.

Pre-Registration payments of $45.00 made by the Monday at midnight deadline, will be accepted, regardless of transfer status.

Please understand that this change is not geared towards punishing the players, rather to better serve the players by having the system work in a more expediant and streamlined manner.
