First of all, welcome!
You can email Kyle, our head of Logistics (ashburylog AT gmail DOT com) and give him a head's up that you're coming. He'll have the legal releases and such ready for you to sign.
When you arrive on site the main building is the barn, which houses NPC camp and the tavern on the main floor, logistics, module space and the showers below. If you're on the road facing the barn, the entrance to logistics is on the left, down a bit of a hill. Head down there and you'll see everyone getting prepped for game. The stairs up to NPC camp are right next to it, so get signed in and then come on upstairs and get your game on!
