Award: 500 GS per month (during the season April-November and during other winter months where we have a game)
***Also a bonus PICK of a magic item at the end of the year, using your GS.
Job Description: Head of props will be responsible for:
1. Making sure the needs of the plot team are met each event. For example, if I need a pink wand with purple flowers for my plotline, you can make that happen. If I need Dargok's blue glowing two handed sword, you can make that happen. Plot will give you ample time to achieve this. Not Thursday night before game.
***For any financial costs, you will be reimbursed provided you give me the receipt OR if you wish, you may roll over those costs into even more GS at the rate of 3:$1 as per normal donation policies.
***If you cannot make the requested item(s) yourself, you can allot some of your monthly awarded goblin stamps to someone who can at a rate you both agree to. They can also receive additional GS for their costs or direct financial reimbursement with receipts only.
2. Taking care of what we already have.
***You will be required to help out after events and help us get things squared away when packing so we don't crush/destroy masks in storage or otherwise beat up our inventory. Help us load it up and take it to our storage area. Take home anything that needs to be washed or fixed, including failed weapons. If you aren't good at fixing weapons, enlist the aid of those that can, per above guideline in regards to GS and compensation listed in #1.
3. Catalog Donations.
***We have an inventory of what we have but we have received many new items that need to be logged and maintained.
4. Reward new donations.
**Based on our current list on our website, reward players for needed donations by working with Logistics staff and awarding players at the start of Friday night for GS to be used that event. If the player doesn't need them then, after the event is fine too. Please bear in mind that not every item donated will be accepted if we don't need it. In the early days, I acquired everyone's attic junk and leftover Halloween and party supplies.
