So are you going to be using the new rules for the March event then Dave?

And I am thinking of playing my primary at the opener. It makes a lot of sense for the character because he likes going to new places and this will probably the last time for a while that he will fit in under the cap. But the relevant question for me is, does he fit in at 155 build or 154? Because I actually have to make that choice... lol

The players guide says character above 155 build will not be allowed in but I just wanted to double check. This should be fun!

The level cap is indeed up to, and including 155 build.

We will NOT be using the new rules for this event as there is a chance the books may not arrive in time (expected delivery is the day before the event).
