New Spells - Potion/Scrollable?

I'm assuming Cleanse will be able to be potioned, but just in case, is it?

Lesser Magic Storm, is this currently scrollable?

Slow, is this currently scrollable?

Evocation, Storm (not scrollable)

Cleanse is listed in the Alchemy chart, but unfortunately there is no potion chart available.

I would assume that since every other 'removal' Spell of 8th level or lower is able to be made into a Potion, Cleanse is also able to be made into a Potion.

Likewise, as all other Binding spells below 8th level are able to be made into a scroll, that Slow is also able to be made into a scroll.

As noted above, Lesser Magic Storm specifically says it can't be made into a scroll.
