So now that the weapons are basically just groupings, how does blacksmithing fall into this. Do I make "Heavy Throwing weapon" or does the list stay the same, and i just make the tag that best fits the rep?
Nothing in the ruling suggests that there is a distinct cost to Heavy Throwns vs non-, only in the tag. So, price/pp should be the same, but tag is determinative.
