Sites are slim for us right now, and it's not looking like the next event will be for a while. There is a possibility that we could run an event over 4th of July, but I'm not really certain how viable that is and what kinds of schedules people will have at that point. In the end, even if it's a popular option, plot staff (and other staff) availability could veto the weekend, but we'd still like to get an idea of if it's even worth looking into. We'd have to know ASAP, so please vote now!

Our other options are to look at other sites (Brinkley, for example) but as of now, we can't get Miller, Sheppard, Sequim, Brooks, or Deception Pass before September.
 
I'd attend a regular or three day (if I could get the time off-which may be difficult with everyone else wanting it off) over the 4th weekend.
 
MY work bids for the 4th of July, so I won't know until pretty close to the date if I work it or not.
 
I say look for other sites. I have free time so I can look if I get an idea of our needs. Price, size and what not.
 
I wouldn't be able to attend over 4th of July weekend. I have stuff to blow up and things to drink that weekend. Sorry folks.
 
Yep, no votey for me. Also, I noticed when I was looking at the requests I was sending, there's a server (500) error when trying to load certain avatars (obcidian and Nate). Nothing obviously wrong with the posts, by the way, but it's not like I'd be likely to know.

Anyway, I'd have to tell my uncles that I couldn't help them shoot fireworks at the neighbors and teach my cousins "good" safety habits, but I probably would. Both 2- and 3-days are equally viable.

I like the idea of regular and 3-day events over the 4th. But with the site limitations, how about a game day?

And as for the monster camp stuff, I would volunteer to either drive the van or use my truck.

I'd really like to go, but I think July 4th is not the best weekend, just because I know a lot of people make plans with family and stuff over Independence Day. I don't know what my family is doing for the 4th at this point.
 
Would not let me vote either. I could not attend 4th of July weekend, but could probably attend a weekend in the second half of July.
 
So, long story short, we're not going to try and get 4th of July weekend. There are enough players that can't make it, let alone the staff who were pretty wishy-washy on it to begin with.

I am still trying to get a site in July though, just not this particular weekend.
 
the 4th would suck for me because i get to hang out with my roomates family and watch them blow them selfs up and lol at them when they cant walk right after. sorry
 
So any luck finding a site for later in July? I'm looking forward to coming back to game :)
 
I would be happy to attend (on the fourth or otherwise) the earlier I know a date the more players I can bring! I have already spoken with a few from the Company of the Broken Chain, and there is interest.
with most of us the earlier the better for time off requests and such, some of them work during weekends for the normal schedules... thanks!
