After our wonderful work day (horray for 12 people) we've been able to confirm some things about our new site. First many players will be staying in the heated Tavern building's upstairs, private wards/locks can be easily made with a few hanging clothes, so bring some if you want to do so. (beds are broken up into "bunks of two" so make at least one friend!

There will be 4 open air cabins as well, if the weather holds these will be excellent places for small groups, each holds up to 10 people again with bunks. All bunks have mattresses in place already.

There are very nice fully plumbed Restrooms and...<drum rolls> shower stalls! So please make sure to bring shower supplies (and a white head band!) if you'd like to stay clean with a bit of creature comfort at the game.

A final note, this camp is a NO SMOKING camp, we will be placing a smokers guild in a specific location (to be determined, listen for it at PC talk), but we will not be able to light up hookahs or pipes on location, please respect this!

Is there any way to reserve space, either for a cabin or for a bunk area, or will it be first come, first served?

I you have a group of at least 3-4 you can reserve at least half a cabin, otherwise we'll be going first come first served I suppose
 
Forests Edge and Company would like to reserve a cabin. 7-9 ppl at current count, may have more with friends :-)
 
Harbors far would like to reserve at least half a cabin, maybe more depending on the demand. We have at least 5 coming, not count friends.

To reserve a cabin, please send a note to logistics@mnalliance.com

To reserve a cabin you must have at least 4 people with completed pre-regs submitted, groups with less then 7 people may be asked to allow others to share their cabin.

There, now we have nice and pretty standards (and yet ANOTHER reason to pre-reg early!)
