Notes on Camp Sheppard from the Camp director

A couple of notes on Camp Sheppard -

1. Cars are not allowed in camp. It is about 100 yards from the parking lot to the camp itself. There are wheelbarrows and the like to assist in carrying gear from the parking lot to the cabins, but you will *not* be allowed to pull in to unload. My suggestion? Pack light.

2. There is no smoking allowed on the camp. Any smoking must be done in the parking lot, off camp grounds.

3. There is a $100 waste removal fee if we do not pack our own trash out. I would urge everyone to bring their own trash bags and to be aware of this when choosing their food for the weekend. Alternately, if 20 people pony up $5/each we can pay the fee with no problems.

4. The site cost/person (What we pay to use the site) for this site is about double Millersylvania in the winter. Notice your site fee has not been raised. Donations will be kindly accepted at the rate of $10/30 gobbies.

Not sure if I missed something, but how much IS the event fee? Is it still 45-50, or more?
