Found near the top of notice boards in the larger towns and villages around New Acarthia appears a new posting. From the handwriting it's clear the note was written by one without much skill in the craft, as the characters formed are devoid of any flourish or elegance that several other more official-looking communications possess. For any who take the time, it reads thus (with varying degrees of inconsistent spacing, spelling, punctuation, and with mistakes that appear crossed out):

Seek us out with rumor or witness of necromancy and the undead.
For those looking to join, we will be meeting:
