November event question

So! Two things. I want to verify that the site address is Mountain Lake Camp // 1770 Camp Road // Fannettsburg, PA 17221. Considering that's what I'll put in my GPS. I'll be attending the event, NPCing. Though what with the storm that happened, unsure if the event is still going to take place? I assume it is since there hasn't been a post saying it was canceled. ( I'm a worry wort about things like that, and want to double check! )

I usually play on the NJ site and so there are a few things I want to clear up. Is it a open all day thing to show up, or is there a time that you can't be on property before? As in... can't be on site until 4 o'clock like in Jersey? Also, to verify it's five dollars to NPC.

Lastly, if someone wants to be kind enough to inbox me their number if they're going to be there because GPS or not I'll end up lost at least one to two times. =D! True story, I have ZERO sense of direction.

Thanks! -

Heather

Hi, Heather.

That is the correct address - the camp is located off Route 75, a few miles off of the PA Turnpike. It's a gravel road and the turn can be hard to find, but there should be a sign along Rt 75. Once on that road, keep to the right as you go and you should reach the camp. Take the first left once you see the campsite to get to logistics. (There will probably be a sign pointing to it, and cars parked outside.)

Someone should be on site fairly early on Friday - definitely before 4pm. I'm going to try to get there earlier to help if the site needs any cleaning up from the storm. $5 will cover membership for the rest of this year, and it's free to NPC. Donations for food are always welcome (check out the spread in another post) but not necessary.

I haven't heard otherwise, so the event better still be on. :) I think PA was spared the worst from Sandy, especially as you move inland.

Rich (Andros) would be the best person to give you directions if you get lost, but I'll send you my cell # just in case.

Thanks for coming out to our event.

*EDIT: It's going to get cold at night, and our cabins aren't heated (but they do have nice cots.) So bring some extra blankets! We're also putting people in the cabins with power, so if you bring a space heater you'll be a hero!
