All NPC's need to still check in at Logistics on the first night of the event.
We are doing this so that we can make sure we have you on the list as having attended the event; your correct name and last name as well as the character you build is going to.
In addition it allows us to make sure all new people, NPC or PC, has filled out the Legal Release, which is absolutely important and necessary that this happens.
