October 2014 Cabin Arrangements

Hello Everyone,

Our PC numbers have been getting pretty large, so to make sure we pre-plan room for everyone, we are asking people to make sure their name is listed on this Cabin Arrangement Form.

A few important notes:

  • This form is specific to the October 2014 Seattle Weekend Game. If you are not attending that game, your name should not be on this list. We will re-evaluate the form for each event.
  • Only PCs should have their names on this list. All NPCs will be staying in NPC Camp.
  • If you do not pre-register by the deadline, your name will be removed from the list so we can add in other people who did pre-register.
  • If you are not going to be at the October Weekend Game, please remove your name from this list.
  • If your cabin has 7-8 people in it, no one will be added to your cabin. If your cabin has 6 people or less in it, you may have people added to your cabin to stay with you. If you have a specific group of 7 or more in mind, please make sure that they all pre-register by the deadline and have their names listed on the cabin spreadsheet.
  • If your name is not on the spreadsheet, and you do not already have plans to stay in a cabin, please send an email to newplayer@alliance-seattle.com. If you have a preference of who you would like to stay with, please include that in your email and we will try to accommodate. You will be added to the list after the pre-registration deadline, and contacted with the cabin number that you will be staying in. If you do know which cabin you are staying in, and have spoken to the people in that cabin about it, feel free to add your name to that cabin.
  • Please ensure that your name is not listed twice.
  • All cabin attendance must include a first name and last initial - for example, "Emily S."

We are completing cabin arrangements in this fashion, and will continue to do so moving forward, because our PC base has gotten huge (Woohoo!) and we want to make sure that everyone has a comfortable place to stay.

Is full last name ok for clarification?
 
Worst case, Roann and Dab can throw up a tent someplace and call it good to make room for others :P
 
Celestial Circle was set up in Cabin 33 not 35. Changed it in the document. (unless it somehow moved last game)
