October Donations Needed!

We're in need of some things for the October event:

3 beige tabards (covered)
2 grey tabards (covered)
4 cow tabards (covered)

2 curved bites (contact us if you have questions)
3 polearms (covered)
1 bow (covered)

2000' feet of fencing line, and posts (covered)

spell packets (need more of these than arrow packets) (always need tons)
arrow packets (could use a bunch)

Wooden dowl with 3 holes in it (covered)
Small obelisk (covered)
Bag of small, flat stones (please contact us if you're going to donate this, before you buy anything)
Large Apron

Red Circle Rep
Green Circle Rep



Special Request for Tons o' Gobs and an MI pick: We're looking for a foamsmith to work with us to make some badass red and black armor and helm. If you're interested, please contact Paul.

Hey Rob,

Please update this post as people send us emails so others know whats already spoken for.

I know the 1 thing I really need isnt yet which is a special commision for someone who is good at working with foam. Picks and Gobbies galore and you get to see your hand made prop in play not to mention making the game a bit better visually for all. :)

How big would you want it? What would you like it to be made of? Any other important details (color, etc.)? Depending on those, I might be able to give it a shot.

And is this for what I think it is? If so, let's bust out the scroll book! :D

Guys, if you can have donations in to us by the SoMN event, that'd be appreciated. We will be at the SoMN event, accepting donations.

Two to three feet tall. It can be made of anything. Color is preferably black. Oh - and I know your train of thought... do you really think we'd be that obvious?
 
BUMP! Still need the curved bites! Also need the circle reps!
 
For the circle reps, can you PM me a bit more specific idea of what you are looking for? That sounds like something I might be able to pick up/put together and fly out with. :)
 
Got 120 white packets made by Nathan and 120 made by me.
