The October Event at this moment is tentative as we will be changing venues due to several issues at hand.
I am in negotiation with several other sites, but if I am unable to negotiate a new site in a timely fashion we will unfortunately have to cancel.
With that said we will be using Hoover as our site for next season. We will be setting the schedule in november for next season with them. We will be working out with site to ensure no further cubscout issues.
I hope to update no later than Monday or Tuesday with either the cancellation or new venue announcement.
