Of Rumours and Politcal policy

A year since, I traveled briefly through Andar and spoke with a most remarkable woman offering a most remarkable tale. She claimed the title of Duchess and offered herself as the Steward of a Duchy which had not only outlawed Earth Magics, but had embraced Chaoticians as a rightful facet of the Balance.

I am shortly to return to Andar and would know more of this tale. Does this Duchy exist? Does it still embrace such a policy? How fares it, a year later? From an academic point of view, it is most intriguing to me. Thank you, any who would reveal their stories.

Greetings, Master Dramthin;

A number of nobles were found to be Enslaved by magical and alchemical means to a creature of Chaos last year. This was the cause of the issue of which you speak. The problem has since been dealt with, with appropriate resolutions for those involved. The Kingdom of Andar does not endorse Chaos magics. While I cannot speak on behalf of the Queen, I do offer my personal apologies as a noble of Andar to all who encountered this deviance last year. Fortunately for all concerned, that chapter of Andar's history is now over.
