An official written statement from the government of Sadeen Moor was delivered to White Forest and Finn Castle Bastions last night. It has been reprinted here in its entirety.
"Late Wednesday night of last week our beloved nation of Sadeen Moor was the target of a large and well organized terrorist attack by a group of Thelucian expatriates known as 'The 42nd'. These vile and cowardly magic users have staged systematic attacks on many of the Pure Lords and Partisans in the small hours of the morning, while they lay asleep in their beds. In the wake of these attacks, the dissident group called the Quiet Ones took advantage of the chaos and have staged their own attacks. We do not know at this time if the two groups are working in unison.
It is my deepest regret to inform you of the permanent deaths of Pure Lord Jona Richardson and Pure Lord David Ward, who fell in battle with the insurgent forces over the weekend. Also, should anyone know the locations of Pure Lords Boris Gagnon, Califus of House Adruke, John Harnin, or Gregory Miller, they are missing and presumed dead.
Now for the truly unfortunate business at hand. It is obvious to us now that there is no way for an attack of this magnitude and effectiveness to be carried out alone. The remaining intact Council has, through much investigation, uncovered evidence of certain plots from inside Sadeen Moor in connection with the attacks. The following individuals, and all those who serve under them, have been temporarily stripped of land, title, and authority until their guilt or innocence can be determined. Should any Sky Rider or Partisan under their control come forward, they will be treated fairly and potentially reassigned to a known loyal Pure Lord. Any information on or apprehension of the following individuals would be a great service to Sadeen Moor:

In these difficult times, difficult decisions must be made. Until further notice, the entirety of Sadeen Moor is under martial law. Order will be maintained and peace will be forged and quenched in the blood of those who would seek to tear us down. By the quorum of remaining loyal council, Pure Lord Joseph Shaw has been temporarily granted Regency and granted emergency powers to carry out the eradication of Sadeen Moor's enemies and protection of her peoples.
