Lurin
Duke
Due to my on going concerns with the existing convicted necromancy of the current circle master I would like to remind the good people of Fairfax of the Following
1.) The possession of Necromatic items of any type is illegal.
2.) Such items maybe turned in, without question to Earth Guild Representatives, Knights, Magistrates, or Duly Appointed Barristers as representatives of the Realm's approach to such items.
3.) You have the right to verify the destruction of any necromatic item turned in free of charge, and are encouraged to do so if you have any doubts or concerns.
4.) Authorities granted to receive such items must destroy them without undue delay for reasons of study or other works.
5.) Oddly there is no existing statute that prevents a confirmed necromancer from participating in this process.
6.) While you must turn such items in without undue delay, it is permissible to refrain from turning them into a source you have any concerns about.
In light of the above facts I have decided to add a personal bounty to any and all Necromatic items turned in for destruction to either myself, or Ser Siril, of two gold coins per as a thank you to all of you that continue to be diligent in this effort. Unfortunately this bounty will not be available to those that choose to hand in their items to the local circle master.
