This will be in everyone's pre-reg packet, but it has some important information for the weekend.
Some important things to note:
1. No tape or tacks please in the cabins. Use Command Strips to hang stuff like ward/marshal notes. You can buy these at walmart, target or King Soopers.
2. Tent camping - All tent camping has to be done up near the fire pit unless you clear it with me first. This is for saftey reasons. We just want to make sure that tents aren't pitched in the middle of high traffic areas or mod spaces.
3. Wards for this event (including Ducal wards) are going to be considered pre-cast. Just fill it out and have the paperwork done.
4. Site opens at 4 pm. Please don't show up before then, and if you do, just stay parked up near the gymnasium.
