OOG PLOT note for this weekend.

OOG:
Today, the Galanthians make a daring and desperate attack on Fairedale. Hundreds of soldiers, mages, and Swords of Lore assault the town via the Contested Lands and via a tunnel from under the Black Stag.

The August Event will have a hard start of 11:00, where the Ashbans will have to counterassault and retake the entire town. You may store your OOG possessions in your rooms, but IG objects must be with you.

Players will be allowed to gather in the woods out of sight to roleplay and plan, but no NPCs will be ready until 11.

I have a few questions, some of which will apply in general and some which will only apply to myself and probably a few others.

1) Can we OOG set up bunks in the common room and/or cabins before hand (tarp them off, that kind of thing)?

2) How should archers deal with spare arrows? Technically archers can't carry any spare arrows beyond quiver capacity (though oddly non-archers can carry an unlimited number). Can we set up a "depot" outside of town?

I love this kind of start to am event. Alas, I am unable to make it. Hope everyone has a rip-roaring good time bashing Galanthians.
