I believe that when someone does a re-spec for any reason that they don't get new tags. The reasoning for this is that they're also not required to give up any tags. Generally, after one game someone ends up with more than their starting copper and weapon/armor/spellbook tags, and it would suck more to have to give up all the loot that they found during their event and get new 'starting gear' than to have to purchase a new sword or spellbook or something with some of that loot. I think that this is true whether you're going Page :arrow: Packet Page, (any) Page :arrow: Full Combat, using your first game re-write, or alteration by Spirit Forge.
Crossbows are pretty cheap, you could by the biggest one for a few silver probably, or you could gobbie one for 15 Gobs on Friday Logistics (pre-reg it!).
