Hello Alliance Players!

We are now excited to announce that in addition to offering our meal plan to NPCs and staff, we will now be offering the meal plan to PCs as well!

Chantell is our new Head Cook, and she is excited to take on the project of feeding y'all LARPers!

For the May 2014 Event, you can register for the meal plan by pre-paying $25 to paypal@alliance-seattle.com by Friday, May 23rd, at 11:59pm. There is no in game cost. Please also include any dietary restrictions in your paypal note. Future Events will have a PC meal plan option attached to your pre-registration!

1) Since this is going to become integrated into the PC pre-reg process, will the food plan be displayed prior to the pre-reg date? People will likely want to know what's going to be provided before saying yea or nay.

2) Can I prepay event fee but pay cash on site for the food plan? Or is this option only available to PCs who prepay?

1. I'll get back to you on this one - let me see what we can do! The plan may also be altered based on dietary restrictions.

2. If you also pre-register for the event and also sign up for the meal plan, you can pay on site. We mostly want to have a solid headcount of people that need to be fed, since food will be purchased right before the event! For the sake of this event, you can sign up for the meal plan either by pre-paying for it, or by shooting an email to manager@alliance-seattle.com with your name, intention of being on the meal plan, and any dietary restrictions.
