Due to actions taken at the last event, the latent magic of the Empire that has hung in the air of the Sheltered Lands over the last several months has disappeared!
Any PC characters that possessed the ability to cast any form of Empire-based magic (calling upon Time, your Blood, Protection, Life, Death, the Mind, the Moon, Entropy, or Force) no longer possess this ability!
Magic items that are imbued with various Imperial magics are unaffected by this. For instance, if you have a Magic Item tag that states "Notes: Imbued with <X> Magic of the Empire", that item is unaffected by this and can still be used until its expiration.
