Permanent Place To Stay AND An Alchemy Teacher

Another wonderful evening to everyone! I have a request to make high in advance. Every time I've been in town I've stayed somewhere new. I haven't had anything but a temporary place to stay. I was wondering if anyone would be able to supply a place that I could stay regularly? I could begin staying in said place on a trial to see if you wouldn't mind me staying there. I don't have much to pay, but sometime soon I'm hoping to become an alchemist, and therefore have more money to give in order to pay for a place to stay.

On that note, I would also like to hire someone to teach me the wonders of alchemy. Once again, I don't have much to pay, but I will pay what I can.

I would be happy to talk to you about a longer-term place to stay. I apologize for not offering last time, but I was unsure how much space I had left to offer by the time you asked.
