It has come to my attention that some players prefer not to have their photos posted on the internet.

The NERO photo galleries are meant to be a positive addition to the website, but they should not serve to offend or upset anyone.

Please contact me if you would prefer that I take down any pictures of you, or if you would not like to have photos posted in the future.

Actually, i believe the standard nero release that every player has to sign states that they agree that they may be photographed during the course of a nero sponsored activity, and that those photographs may be used in any way that nero sees fit, including, but not limited to, the production of rules and promotional products. Not that I think that anyone'd have a serious issue taking down a picture or two, but it should be kept in mind that no one has any obligation to do so, they're just being nice guys. :D

Thanks for the info Matt, that's really helpful!

But regardless of this, I will remove any photos at the request of the person that is pictured in them.
