Place to Sleep

I am making my way back to Fairdale and require an unwarded place to sleep. I belive the tavern has some racks in the back, and that a few new sturctures have gone up scince the fall. What is the price of space if avalible, and is it unwarded, and if possible, would any of the people with claim to a cabin have space for one more? If not, I always travel with a tent.
