Let all know!

The Magistratum shall be holding forth an auction of rituals, rare components, and items!

Foremost amongst them:

Regeneration - Ritual and all components/catalyst needed! Starting bid, 150 gold in assets, coin or gems
Spirit Forge - Ritual and all components/catalyst needed! Starting bid, 75 gold in assets, coin or gems
Magic Long Sword - Damage Aura 1, extended for 5 years. Starting bid 100 gold in assets, coin or gems
Various and sundry smaller items of rare and magical quality.

Preview the items at Gemino's shop in the Trade District on the 9th day of Novus. Auction to take place in the town hall in the Trade District of Crossroads at 5pm on the 10th.
 
A man dressed in a simple long tunic and cloak and carrying a staff comes into the tavern. His eyes are bloodshot and his eyes somewhat unfocused. He stares at the notice posted on the wall for a moment, then mutters something under his breath before ripping down the notice and running out of the tavern.

Later that day, the following conversation is overheard between two acolytes of the Magistratum-

"Did you hear about Master Rey being taken to task over the coin only thing for the auction? I don't even know what he was thinking! I mean, we're not even building the golem anymore!"

Tanis looks at the notice.

Hmmm.... would be nice if they told us what else was for sale, that way we could judge if we even wanted to take a look.
