NOTICE:
Due to the excessive amounts of problems resulting from drunken disorderly conduct by the citizenry that has resulted in several deaths and much mayhem, public drunkenness is hereby banned until the problem of tainted alcohol is resolved. Anyone caught out and about in public drunk, or having complaints filed against them for drunken assault anywhere, will be detained by the Sheriff or his deputies and will be forcibly sobered up. Any further disciplinary action will be dependent upon any offenses committed while in said condition. THIS IS NOT A PROHIBITION ON ALCOHOL! This is for public safety, and will be in force until the current crisis is resolved. Anyone with information about this problem is to present it to the Sheriff's offices in the back of the Tavern.
