Pre-reg for the September 7th-9th weekend event is open. Pre-reg will close on Tuesday, September 4th at 11:59PM. If you wish to pre-pay for the event, you may do so here: http://www.maddjinn.com/paypal.html There is also a link to a new pre-reg interface there which we would prefer be used.
Also, we are opening up our meal plan to PCs at a cost of $20 for the weekend. You MUST pre-register in order to buy into the meal plan. The pre-reg interface has an option to both be included and let us know about any dietary restrictions.
There is an additional cost of 2 silver per meal in game to the kitchen staff (and if you can't pay that, talk to them about helping out in the kitchen). Water will be available to everyone for free at all times. Other drinks will be available for a small in game charge.
We really need NPCs to pre-register for the event as well so that we can estimate food needs.
A menu will be posted in the next couple of days.
If you have already submitted a pre-registration for this event and would like to buy into the food plan, just an e-mail to that effect will suffice.

A complete pre-reg includes all the information listed in the Logistics and You sticky. There is a form attached to assist you with the preregistration process.
Please remember that you will need to bring all related tags to logistics, or logistics will not be able to check you in. This includes magic item tags, spell and production books, and workshop tags. Any magic items being brought to game not pre-reg'd or checked in at logistics on opening night will not be able to be used for that weekend.
