If you are not on this list and you think you should be please send a PM to Amy, Eric or Barb or post below. Only PM us if you were missed and include your pre-registration information. Please do not PM us to Pre-Register, send your Pre-Registration information to logistics@alliance-seattle.com.

If you are on the list you are considered "Pre-Registered". If there is something in parenthesis next to your name that means we need more information from you. Once we have processed all of the Pre-Registrations into the system, if we have not received the information listed below, then we will send an e-mail asking for it.

Names with an asterisk (*) are currently waiting for a response from us.

Transfers are required by Thursday, November 8th, 5PM. If we don't have a transfer you either (a) play as what we have in the database for that character; (b) play a different or new character; or (c) NPC.

Important note about pre-reg:

If you plan on spending build before the next event, we here at logistics VERY STRONGLY recommend that you send a separate email with your build expenditures, and don't include it in your pre-reg. If you send one email with both pre-reg and build expenditures, we won't be processing it until just before the event, so it may be a while before you hear back from us.

It's generally a much better idea to send two separate emails so that we can make sure that everything gets processed.

Hey, so Derek T. will be at the game this weekend along with his wife Emma (brand new to the game). They will be NPC'ing and both need to be included in the food plan.

Hey logistics,
Would you like us to have a NPC sign in sheet and collect food money in monster camp, to ease up your job? I can take responsibility for it or pass that off to someone else, if I am too busy. We just need some release forms, lots of new NPCs.
 
Thanks Ron! We definitely will have a sheet for NPCs to check in before game on. We'll come deliver it to you when we get to site, and we can have someone come down to pick it up, the legal release forms, and all of the money around opening, but if you're up for checking people off and bringing that to us, we'd love that too. :) We can talk a bit more when we get to site tomorrow and make some decisions then, if you like.
