NOTE: We still have three cabins to fill as well as the private rooms. Please sign up for these and don't just show up at the door and pile all your stuff in the common room! We'd much rather have the cabins full than the common room packed.

for those of us who haven't been to the site in a few months, what are the private rooms? i assume they are inside the tavern area. how many do they sleep? what are the requirmeents for reserving them, etc. ?

I'm NPCing so i am good for lodging, but I was curious.

You need at least 4 people to reserve a private room, which are off the common room.

Even if you have already sent an e-mail letting me know who you are playing, please re-send to make sure. If you are part of a group please put all your characters in on e-mail. For instance, I know there is a group who all are playing new Orcs.

wow. that's 30 people fairplay can house with the cabins and private rooms. is there still a common room left, or did they use that area to make the private rooms?

The rooms were built into the NPC camp area, so the common room space is still all there.

I don't quite follow what you mean by this? do you mean we should make sure that we let you know which character is being brought? what does being in a group matter?

If there is a group of 5 people playing together I qould prefer one e-mail listing their characters rather then a single e-mail from each. It makes my inbox seem less crowded and, thus, my Logistical duties less stressful. :)

And, yes, even if you have told me who you are playing please do so again to be sure I got the message.
