Pre-registration open for August 19th-21st

Where does the time go? Our August 19th-21st Event is fast approaching!

Logistics will open at approximately 6:00 PM on Friday, with Game-On hopefully by 9:30 PM, and Game-Off at approximately 10 am on Sunday. We always would like to try to get the event started as fast as possible, so try to arrive punctually if you can!

This event will take place at the following site:

Camp Stearns
3303 County Road 44
South Haven, MN, 55382

Pre-registering is highly encouraged, for it lets the staff know you're attending and, as such, lets us prepare what we need to do ahead of time. Pre-registering makes everything run smoother, and lets us get our game started all the faster, which is always convenient. It also gets you a discounted fee for the event! The sooner you get your pre-reg in, the more pleased the Logistics folks will be, so get those pre-regs in! Even if you're NPCing, please don't forget to pre-reg. It's important for us to know how many NPCs are coming, etc.

The cost for this event is $60 for PCing and $10 for NPCing, with a discount for pre-registering (making it $50 to PC or $5 to NPC with an on-time pre-reg). First and second time players get their game half-off (or free to NPC)!

For a form for registration, check out http://mnalliance.com/prereg.html and simply fill out the information.Otherwise, you can just email your pre-reg tologistics@mnalliance.com, but we would greatly prefer if you were to use the website form, considering it makes things a lot easier for the Logistics staff. Pre-regs should include: Build Expenditures, Goblin Stamp Expenditures, Magic Item info (item number, effects, expiration, etc.), any Production skill use, any Craftsman skills, and anything else you deem appropriate (categories are listed on the online form).

Players with purple text by their name should send the requested information to logistics prior to the event if at all possible as soon as possible!

Pre-regs are due by Monday, August 15th at midnight! You do not get the discount for registering after this point, but it is still highly encouraged by the logistics staff for you to do so!

It's true, you did! I'll take ya all one, all by myself!

Did you get mine yet? I sent it Friday.

I've sent in my preregistration, but it is very likely that I won't be able to go. I would really like to go, if I could manage it.

Just keep us posted Jenn I hope things turn towards the good for you soon.

AL, we usually do logistics on Wednesdays now, so that's usually the day the pre-reg gets updated until the last week or so.

Thanks Dave.

Tim got his pacemaker today. He should be home tomorrow.

If I could get someone to stay with Tim, I could go. I'll see what happens.

Done!

Last day to get those in!

Please see the related in game post ^.^ The referenced area is marked on the maps available on our Website ^.^

Registration sent. Managed to make a new card with Chicago. I was also going to bring a friend, but as it turns out she won't be able to make it until October.

What camp site are we at?

This event will be at Stearns, address in the post above

I know that. Im asking what site are we at within Stearns

Hertiage and Granger

If we don't have enough NPC's I'm willing to volunteer.

A few notes about the site; (mostly just from memory)

Sleeping- indoors, 3 rooms for PCs equipped with bunks and mattresses, 1 room for NPCs. Tenting space is available. If I remember right there are box fans provided and no AC

Bathroom- 1 flush toilet that often has long lines and 2-4 latrines (bring a flash light) 1 extra flush toilet in Monster camp used by NPCs for make up

Showers- None

Tavern- big and beautiful, Separate building from the sleeping one. We are providing disposable plates but you need to provide your own drinking vessel we will have dish washing set up for you to wash your own dishes as needed. We need help during the weekend taking full garbage to the dumpster and changing the dish water.

Mod areas- good trails, big fields, nice pine grove.

Parking- two parking lots right next to the buildings, we encourage you after you have unloaded to please park in the upper lot as it helps keep the cars out of line of site of the play areas.
