Pre-requisites

Been searching through the forums because I don't think the book is quite clear on it.

Say a character has 4 Weapon Proficiencies & has purchased no additional skills that use it for Prerequisites.
If said character has the BP available, would they be able to purchase Riposte (requires 4 WP), Eviscerate (requires 4 WP), Stun Limb (requires 3 WP), Shatter (requires 3 WP), 2 Slays (requires 2 WP each), 2 Parry (requires 2 WP each), and 4 Disarms?
Or is it a cumulative thing where the Riposte locks up the first 4 WP, Eviscerate would lock up the next 4 WP, etc?

Once you have bought the 4 Profs you would be able to buy all those skills in those amounts.

1 more prof would get you another disarm.

A total of 6 would get you another disarm, parry, slay, stun limb and shatter.

And so on.

The same goes for Rogue Skills.

With 4 Backstabs, you can buy 1 Terminate, 2 Assassinates, 2 Dodges, 4 Evades, and a Riposte.

Ok so I have 1 handed edged and am thinking of going for 1 handed master do I need to buy 1 handed Blunt before I buy 1 handed master? Or can I just buy 1 handed Master and sell back 1 handed edged?

You do not have to purchase One handed Blunt.
