As noted the next big prep day will be January 29th (this Saturday) Doors will open at 10 am and Close...when people go home I expect. Earlier arrivals is better then later as always!.
Location - Dave's Place
14201 Aspen Avenue,
Prior Lake, MN 55372
Donations we can use/need - Please post if you intend to bring things so we do not over spend filling in the gaps, Items brought for this prep day will be Gobbied at a 5:1 ratio (for dollars spent)
1.) Orange cloth for Alchemy packets enough for about 400
2.) Bird Seed suitable for packet creation
3.) Potion Vials (new or recycled) Literally will need 1000 of these for alchemy and potion reps
4.) Snacks to share (I'll make sure to have food on hand, but this will be a BYOB (bring your own beverage) type event although soda/food run will likely happen around dinner time.
5.) Ribbon - Thin Ribbon spools for tying scrolls together, ideally at least enough for 500 scrolls, figure roughly a 6-8 inches use per scroll (4-6 per "yard")
We'll accept other donations on site as well if you've been sitting on things for awhile!
Also to get a head count of who to expect a quick "I'll be there" post would be great for those that know they are coming!
