Production points to upgrade armor?

Hello,

I have a 15 point armor suit and need a 20 point armor suit. Is it possible to use 20 production points to "upgrade", or do I need to have someone spend 60 points to build it from scratch? [I tried e-mailing HQ logistics but haven't received an answer yet]

Our system doesn't allow for "upgrading" armor - each suit must be built anew, with a full expenditure of production points. The best you might manage is to Merchant the 15-point suit to help provide the coin to pay for the production cost of your 20-point suit.
